The Salamanteri meeting facilities in the Himos hotel main building have meeting and coffee-serving space for 70 persons. Coffee can be served in the meeting room or in the Himos hotel restaurant.

Overhead projector, screen, flip board, television, DVD player, CD player, multimedia projector (by order), Internet connection. Sound reproduction is carried out with a wireless button microphone.
